Welcome to Quova Company Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Company Information Quova Company Ltd is a UK-based trading company specializing in beverages and FMCG products.

2.  Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply depending on the product and destination.

3.  Pricing :All quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI) are valid for 10 working days unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms : Payment terms are agreed per order. Unless otherwise specified, orders require an advance payment before production begins, with the remaining balance payable before shipment.

5.  Production & Delivery : Production begins after payment confirmation and artwork/label approval. Delivery times may vary depending on production schedule, shipping route, and customs clearance.

6.  Product Specifications : Product labels, ingredients, packaging, and compliance requirements must be approved by the buyer before production.

7.  Claims & Returns : Any product claims or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

8.  Liability : Quova Company Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, shipping disruptions, customs delays, war, or other events beyond our control.

9.  Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
